Wellbeing and Healthy Choices for Older Adults and their Carers

In September 2015, the European project „WHOLE- Wellbeing and Healthy Choices for Older Adults and their Carers” started with EGREPA as an associated partner. The project is funded with the support of the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union (Project number: 2015-1-DE02-KA204-002418). WHOLE aims to develop a basic e-learning platform for physical exercising and healthy diet at home to train formal and informal carer to use it as an integral part of the home care services they provide in order to promote active and healthy ageing for frail seniors and elderly people at home.

The project consortium consists of seven full partners and two associated partners:
