This is a tough period. We are quarantined and isolated. Exercise specifically designed for advanced age can contribute to physical, emotional, and cognitive health.
Here we present an 11-minute video for warming-up of the joints. The exercises are slow, soft, and flowing. We recommend to perform them daily – possibly right after getting up, during the morning, in the evening, or actually any time.
Instructions are provided in the video. Just get a comfortable, stable chair and start exercising!
